Shipping Policy for PawsomePrints

At PawsomePrints, we create custom pet products made just for you. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time
- All custom products (prints, canvases, mugs, etc.) require 3–7 business days for production and quality checks.
- Non-custom items (bandanas, leashes, toys) require 1–3 business days for processing.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99 or free on orders over $50
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): $12.99
- Overnight Shipping (1–2 business days): $24.99

International (Canada, UK, Australia, EU)
- Standard International (10–20 business days): $14.99
- Expedited International (6–10 business days): $29.99
- Note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes.

3. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- PawsomePrints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
- If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us within 5 days for assistance.

5. Shipping Delays
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or customs processing.
- If your order is delayed beyond 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international), please contact us for a refund or replacement.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, address changes may incur a $5 fee or may not be possible.
- Returned packages due to wrong address will require additional shipping fees to resend.

7. Split Shipments
- Custom and non-custom items may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each package.
